With a Profitbase operating agreement, you ensure maximum uptime and quick access to help from people who know you and the solution well, should something happen. We monitor and carry out maintenance at regular times and ensure stability, quality and maximum utilization of the system. All activity is collected in a monthly report.
If you need to be prepared beyond normal working hours, a Profitbase watchdog is a good idea because it guarantees access to qualified help when you need it.
With a support agreement, the customer will be guaranteed response time when errors and problems with the solution occur. The profit base will begin problem analysis and error correction within the agreed time and the agreement guarantees that qualified employees are on call at the agreed time. Support requests are received in our Service desk system which ensures follow-up and necessary escalation to the 2nd and 3rd lines.
With a solution management agreement, Profitbase will put together a team that knows the customer and the customer’s solution. The team will have regular internal follow-up meetings to review outstanding changes and issues. The team will identify quality problems and prevent any known errors that may occur.
